Workshop Manager Job Brookhill Projects

We are seeking a hands-on and results-driven Workshop Manager to oversee daily operations of our workshop, which carries out carpentry, welding, and related fabrication activities.

Requirements

• Diploma or Higher National Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Production, Industrial Technology, or related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years supervisory experience in a busy workshop (carpentry, welding, or fabrication environment).
• Strong technical knowledge in carpentry, welding, and general fabrication processes.
• Familiarity with workshop machinery, tools, and maintenance practices.
• Sound knowledge of workplace safety regulations and best practices.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
