Customer Relations Officer Job Capital Mabati

Requirements:

  • Has 2 year customer service experience in the business or manufacturing sector.
  • Has either a Diploma or Degree in customer relations or Business management.
  • Age 30 yrs and above.

Roles:

  • Manage general customer care relations and inquiries regarding our companies’ products
  • Follow up with clients/orders and communicating with the clients about dispatch and payments of their products
  • Collaborate with accounts and sales team on problems clients might have and, if necessary, give a formal notification
  • Planning, scheduling for all our company events including activations, conferences and team building events
