About the Role

Acacia Premier Hotel is seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Guest Room Attendant to join our dynamic housekeeping team. The ideal candidate will ensure our guest rooms and public areas meet the highest standards of cleanliness, comfort, and presentation, providing exceptional guest experience in
line with our brand standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and service assigned guest rooms according to hotel standards and procedures.
• Ensure guest rooms are well stocked with the required amenities and supplies.
• Handle guest belongings with utmost care and respect, reporting any lost or found items immediately.
• Inspect and report any maintenance issues or room damages to the Housekeeping Supervisor.
• Maintain cleaning equipment and materials in good working condition.
• Adhere to health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times.
• Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests and inquiries.
• Ensure corridors and service areas are kept clean and tidy.
• Complete assigned rooms and floor checklists before end of shift and participate in daily briefings.

Qualifications & Experience

• Certificate or Diploma in Housekeeping or Hospitality Operations from a recognized institution.
• At least 1–2 years’ experience in a similar role within a 4- or 5-star hotel environment.
• Strong attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and maintain professionalism at all times.
