Senior Executive Brand Manager Job Pwani Oil

Responsibilities

• Brand Strategy: Develop and execute the full brand strategy for the Hair Category in line with business goals.
• Marketing Mix: Lead all elements of the marketing mix-product, pricing, packaging, placement, and promotion.
• Execution: Ensure consistent brand presence across all touchpoints.
• Research & Insights: Drive consumer and market research to guide strategy and identify trends.
• Competitor Analysis: Monitor competition and explore opportunities for innovation.
• Agency Management: Oversee creative development and media planning with external agencies.
• Performance Management: Track and optimize brand performance using data and KPIs.
• Monitor competitive landscape and identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation.

Qualification & experience

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5-7 years of brand management experience, with at least 3 years in the haircare or beauty industry.
• Excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and strong analytical capabilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
