Max Sales & Retention Agent Job Mawingu
Mawingu is looking for dynamic, self-driven Sales & Retention Agents to join our growing team. In this hybrid role, you’ll be responsible for both retaining existing customers and acquiring new ones within your assigned region – both targets must be achieved.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet monthly sales and retention targets for assigned towns.
- Represent the Mawingu brand and maintain strong relationships with all customers.
- Conduct daily customer visits and follow up on feedback and concerns.
- Collaborate with the Area Sales Manager and Regional Retention Manager on daily operations.
- Coordinate sales and marketing activities to grow brand presence.
- Review and analyze performance KPIs, including revenue collection, lead generation, and retention metrics.
- Ensure smooth operations, address customer issues, and coordinate across departments for support.
Requirements
- A Diploma in business administration, communications or ICT.
- Must have B2C selling experience to end customers.
- 1-2 years of successful track record of earning incentives.
- Must have successfully achieved monthly, quarterly and yearly sales and retention targets.
- Must have a strong sales acumen and high integrity.
