Reports To: Managing Director / Head Office

Gross Salary: KSH 30K – 40K

To oversee the overall performance and growth of the TechZone branch by driving sales, managing staff, training sales teams, exploring new business opportunities, and ensuring smooth branch operations aligned with company objectives.

Sales & Performance Management

  • Drive daily, weekly, and monthly smartphone and accessories sales targets.
  • Monitor team performance and ensure consistent achievement of KPIs.
  • Implement effective sales strategies, promotions, and market activations.

Manage stock levels, ensuring proper inventory control and reporting.

Team Development

  • Train, and motivate sales representatives, promoters, and support staff.
  • Conduct regular coaching sessions to build product knowledge and sales skills.
  • Maintain a positive and performance-oriented work culture at the branch.

Business Growth & Market Development

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities — B2B, corporate, institutional, and retail.
  • Build and maintain relationships with local partners, retailers, and key accounts.
  • Scout potential new locations, business collaborations, and expansion opportunities.

Operations & Administration

  • Oversee branch operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and financial procedures.
  • Handle customer service issues, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
  • Prepare and submit timely reports on sales, staffing, and market trends.

Leadership & Representation

  • Represent the company professionally in all dealings with clients, partners, and the community.
  • Ensure that brand standards and company values are upheld at all times.
  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years ’ experience in sales or retail management (smartphone/electronics sector preferred).
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and grow a team.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
  • Self-driven, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
  • Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Monthly and quarterly sales achievement.
  • Growth in B2B and walk-in sales.
  • Recruitment and retention of performing sales team members.
  • New business accounts and partnerships secured.
  • Customer satisfaction and branch profitability.

Gross Salary: KSH 30K – 40K
