Gross Salary: KSH 40K – 60K

To lead and grow TechZone’s online presence and sales through strategic social media management, digital marketing, and content direction. The role involves managing a creative team, developing campaigns that drive engagement and conversions, and maintaining a strong, modern brand image across all digital platforms.

Digital Strategy & Campaigns

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive online marketing strategy that drives awareness, engagement, and sales.
  • Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns (Meta, TikTok, Google, YouTube) with clear ROI tracking.
  • Align all digital campaigns with store promotions, new product launches, and company objectives.

Social Media Management

  • Oversee daily operations of all TechZone social pages — Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube
  • Approve and schedule content calendars, captions, and campaign visuals.
  • Manage customer engagement, inquiries, and brand interactions across platforms.
  • Maintain brand voice, consistency, and visual standards.

Team Management

  • Supervise a team of content creators, photographers, and graphic designers.
  • Assign weekly tasks and campaign goals, ensuring timely and high-quality content delivery.
  • Review and approve content before posting; guide the creative process and ensure brand alignment.

Online Sales & Partnerships

  • Coordinate with the sales and retail teams to drive online leads and conversions.
  • Build partnerships with influencers, content creators, and micro-marketers for brand amplification.
  • Support TechZone’s e-commerce, WhatsApp Business, and online order systems.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Monitor page insights, ad performance, and campaign metrics weekly.
  • Prepare monthly reports summarizing engagement, reach, and ROI.
  • Recommend improvements and new trends to enhance performance.
  • Minimum 3 years’ proven experience managing social media or digital marketing for a retail, electronics, or FMCG brand.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing creative teams.
  • Proficiency in Meta Business Suite, TikTok Ads Manager, Google Ads, and social analytics tools.
  • Excellent communication, creativity, and project management skills.
  • Understanding of the smartphone/electronics market is a strong advantage.

Portfolio Requirement

  • Applicants must submit a portfolio showcasing:
  • Pages or brands they have managed.
  • Sample campaigns, posts, or ad results (screenshots or links).
  • Examples of content direction or influencer collaborations.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Monthly follower and engagement growth across all platforms.
  • Increase in social-driven leads and online/in-store conversions.
  • Quality and consistency of content produced by the team.
  • Campaign performance and ROI on paid ads.
  • Brand visibility and influencer partnerships developed.

Working Hours & Expectations

  • Monday–Saturday (flexible for events, shoots, and campaigns).
  • Must be mobile for activations and store visits.
  • Weekly submission of content calendar and performance report.

Gross Salary: KSH 40K – 60K
