Food & Beverage Supervisor Job Alba Hotel

We’re looking for an experienced F&B Supervisor with a drive for excellence and a passion for creating exceptional guest experiences.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily F&B operations to ensure smooth service.
• Deliver prompt, friendly, and professional guest service.
• Engage with guests, handle requests, and resolve issues effectively.
• Oversee table setups and buffet presentation to maintain high standards.
• Work closely with the kitchen to ensure quality food and beverage presentation.

Qualifications:

• Diploma in Hospitality Management, Food and Beverage Management, Hotel Management, or a related field from a recognized institution.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in a supervisory role within a busy hotel or Restaurant.
• Excellent customer service skills with a proactive and problem-solving approach.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
