Responsibilities

• Lead discovery-to-launch process, ensuring strong documentation.
• Oversee product development cadence, backlog management, sprint planning, and release coordination.
• Drive operational efficiency through process improvements, automation opportunities, and scalable workflows.
• Collaborate with engineering and DevOps to ensure product scalability, performance, availability, and stability.
• Resolve complex product issues and escalate risks proactively.

• Strong product reliability and operational stability.

Required Qualifications & Experience

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• MBA or postgraduate qualification is an added advantage.

Experience

• 5–8+ years of experience in Product Management (preferably in fintech, payments, or SaaS).
• Proven track record of launching and scaling successful digital products.
• Experience leading junior PMs and leading cross-functional product development teams.
