Health & Wellness Programs Consultant / Trainer Job IRES

Position Summary:

We are seeking a Health and Wellness Programs Consultant to design, implement, and deliver workplace health and wellness programs that improve employee wellbeing, engagement, productivity, and organizational performance.

The consultant will lead the development and delivery of training programs, advisory services, and applied research, ensuring all initiatives align with IRES standards, ethical principles, and client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver training on workplace wellness, nutrition, mental health, and lifestyle management.
• Design and advise on holistic employee wellness strategies and frameworks.
• Conduct wellness needs assessments and program evaluations.
• Support integration of wellness initiatives into HR and people management practices.
• Train internal wellness champions, facilitators, and coordinators.
• Provide advisory services to leadership on wellbeing governance and organizational culture.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Master’s degree (minimum) in Public Health, Nutrition, Psychology, Occupational Health, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Professional certification in wellness, nutrition, mental health, or wellbeing programs.
• Registration with a relevant professional body where applicable.
• At least 7 years’ experience in workplace wellness programs, training, or consultancy.
