QRM Consultant / Trainer Job IRES

Position Summary:

We are seeking a Quality Risk Management (QRM) Consultant / Trainer to provide expert training and advisory services in Quality Risk Management to enhance operational performance, governance, and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver training on QRM principles, tools, and methodologies.
• Facilitate risk assessments, process mapping, and improvement initiatives.
• Support integration of risk-based thinking into planning and operations.
• Advise on governance, assurance, and performance management frameworks.
• Develop QRM tools, templates, and implementation roadmaps.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Master’s degree (minimum) in Quality Management, Risk Management, Engineering, Business, or related discipline.
• Certification in risk or quality management (ISO 9001, ISO 31000, COSO ERM, Six Sigma).
• Proven experience implementing QRM or enterprise risk frameworks.
• At least 7–10 years’ relevant professional experience.
