For appointment to this grade, a candidate must

• Be in possession of at least the Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (KCSE), mean grade D plain or its equivalent.
• A good school leaving certificate.
• A certificate of good conduct.

Duties and Responsibilities include: –

• Undertaking cleaning duties in the area of deployment.
• Performing messengerial duties
• Preparing tea and washing utensils.
• Undertaking any other relate duties.
• Handling confidential duties in the area of deployment as required.
