Key Responsibilities

  • Process and submit medical insurance claims accurately and on time.
  • Verify patient insurance details and coverage.
  • Liaise with insurance providers on claim approvals, rejections, and follow-ups.
  • Maintain accurate claims records and documentation.
  • Support billing and finance teams in claims reconciliation.
  • Any other responsibilities prescribed by the hospital management.

Requirements for Appointment / Qualifications

  • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Health Records, or a related field.
  • Experience in medical claims processing within a hospital or insurance environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with hospital information systems.
