Jocham Hospital is seeking to hire a competent Chief Administrator to lead and manage the overall operations of the hospital. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring effective and efficient healthcare delivery, coordinating resources, and overseeing administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the hospital and ensure that all departments function smoothly.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to improve hospital services and operations.
• Manage hospital budgets, financial reports, and resource allocation to ensure fiscal responsibility.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
• Supervise administrative staff and support professional development through training and mentoring.
• Collaborate with medical staff to enhance patient care and operational efficiency.
• Act as a liaison with external stakeholders and regulatory bodies.
• Requirements & Qualifications

Qualifications And Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration or any other relevant field
• Post graduate qualification in healthcare management, Hospital Administration, Hospital Planning, Public Health will be an added advantage
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in a senior management role in a hospital.
