HR Generalist Job Mogo Finance

What you will Do

Recruitment

• Source, screen, and hire candidates for all positions in the department.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes.
• Coordinate interviews, assessments, and candidate onboarding.

Performance Management

• Oversee performance reviews for the teams.
• Lead the performance review process, including goal setting, evaluations, and feedback sessions.
• Track performance metrics and recommend improvement plans.

Disciplinary Matters

• Lead and manage disciplinary processes, ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws.

Onboarding

• Oversee induction and onboarding programs for new hires to ensure smooth integration into the organization.

Learning & Development (L&D)

• Coordinate with L&D for internal training programs on relevant skills, knowledge, and competencies.
• Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to ensure departmental trainings/ sensitization are held at least quarterly.

HR Projects & Continuous Improvement

• Identify opportunities for HR process enhancements.
• Lead initiatives to improve efficiency, employee experience, and organizational effectiveness.

Partnerships & Collaboration

• Maintain open lines of communication with HR Shared Services.
• Collaborate with the person in charge- learning and development to ensure alignment on training and development initiatives

Academic Requirements  

• A Degree or Diploma in Human Resource Management coupled with minimum four years of experience in a busy environment: preferably a start- up.
•  IHRM Membership in good standing
