Consultant – IPM (Agronomy) Job IRES

Job Summary:

Provide consultancy and training services on Integrated Pest Management to support sustainable agricultural production.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advise clients on IPM strategies, pest diagnostics, and integrated control methods.
• Deliver training programs for agribusinesses, farmers, and institutions.
• Conduct field assessments and recommend sustainable pest management solutions.
• Develop IPM manuals, training content, and advisory reports.
• Promote environmentally sustainable and cost-effective pest management practices.

Qualifications & Experience:

• PhD or Master’s degree in Agronomy, Entomology, Plant Protection, or related discipline.
• Minimum of 7 years’ professional experience implementing IPM programs, agronomy advisory, or consultancy.
• Proven experience in research, extension services, or professional training.
• Strong analytical, reporting, and facilitation skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
