Dentist Job AIC Kijabe Hospital

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Perform quality clinical and radiographic evaluations to diagnose and treat diseases of the oral cavity
• Manage the patient schedule to maximize the use of provider time and revenue production
• Ensure the proper input of treatments, payments and patient data into database and ensure that computer files and all patient charts are kept up to date
• Promote oral health by providing educational information on all phases of preventive and restorative dentistry and oral hygiene
• Review and follow all dental clinic protocols, policies, and procedures
• Document and follow treatment plans that include appropriate preventive and restorative therapy

Qualifications and skills

• Bachelors degree in dentistry or any other related field
• A minimum of three (3) years’ related work experience
• Registered with the Medical Practitioners and Dentists Board
• Possess a valid private practicing License
