Production Processor Job Odex Chemicals

Odex Chemicals Limited is a leading manufacturer of industrial detergents, sanitizers, and water treatment solutions. We are seeking a Production Processor to join our production team and support efficient, safe, and high-quality manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately weigh and mix raw materials according to production instructions
• Regulate liquid flow from tanks using taps/valves and ensure proper closure
• Submit product samples to the laboratory after each production batch
• Ensure all raw materials and equipment are available before production begins
• Clean and maintain tanks, mixers, and workstations after production
• Inspect finished products, isolate any defective items, and report issues promptly
• Ensure proper packaging, labelling, batch coding, and documentation of finished goods
• Maintain cleanliness of the factory floor and manage any spillages immediately
• Adhere strictly to safety rules, ISO requirements, and company policies
• Report equipment malfunctions, safety concerns, or production issues to the Production Manager
• Work collaboratively with team members to maximize productivity and efficiency

Health, Safety & Compliance

• Follow Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) guidelines at all times
• Promote a strong safety culture within the workplace
• Ensure safe handling of materials, equipment, and tools

Qualifications & Skills

• Diploma or Certificate in Chemical Engineering, Biochemistry, or any other relevant science-based course
• Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment
• Ability to follow instructions accurately and pay attention to detail
• Basic understanding of safety and quality control procedures
• Team player with good communication skills
• Physically fit and willing to work in a factory setting
