Duties and Responsibilities

Teaching & Learning Leadership

• 30% responsibility in delivery of lessons
• Lead and model high-quality lesson planning, delivery, assessment, and learner progress tracking
• Ensure effective implementation of the CBC curriculum from Pre-School to Junior Secondary
• Monitor teaching standards, curriculum coverage, and assessment quality across the campus

Staff Management & Development

• Supervise and support Senior Teachers and classroom teachers
• Coordinate timetables, duty rosters, subject allocation, and teaching workloads
• Lead teacher appraisals, mentorship, induction, and professional development initiatives

Campus Administration

• Oversee academic planning, reporting, schemes of work, lesson plans, and records of work
• Responsible for the academic performance of the campus and reports on a regular basis to the Deputy Head Teacher.
• Ensure lessons are attended, academic activities run smoothly, and school standards are upheld
• Act as a key link between school leadership and campus teaching staff

Learner Welfare & Discipline

• Coordinate learner discipline, guidance, and counselling in line with school policies
• Foster a positive learning environment and strong parent–school partnerships
• Address learner, parent, and staff concerns professionally and effectively

Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Education or a related field
• Valid TSC Registration
• Minimum 7 years’ teaching experience, including leadership responsibilities. Experience working as Deputy Head Teacher or the equivalent is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of CBC curriculum implementation (Primary & Junior School)
• STEM experience is an added advantage
• Strong leadership, communication, organisation, and ICT skills
