Key Responsibilities

Client Consultations & Treatment Delivery

• Conduct expert skin assessments and personalized skincare consultations with clients.
• Recommend and perform appropriate spa treatments (e.g., facial treatments, skin analysis, hydration therapy, and other services offered by the store).
• Provide advice and guidance on proper skincare routines using Glow Secret’s curated products.

Service Excellence & Client Experience

• Deliver all services with professionalism, courtesy and a focus on client comfort.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat visits and referrals.
• Maintain a calm, clean and welcoming treatment environment that reflects Glow Secret’s standards.

Product Expertise & Sales Support

• Demonstrate deep knowledge of Korean skincare products (cleansers, serums, masks, ampoules, toners and more) to support product recommendations during consultations.
• Assist in meeting sales targets by upselling relevant products and packages aligned to clients’ needs.

Health, Safety & Hygiene

• Adhere strictly to health and safety procedures, treatment protocols and hygiene standards.
• Ensure all equipment and treatment areas are sanitized and well-maintained.

Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma or certificate in Aesthetics, Cosmetology, Spa Therapy or related field.
• Proven experience (1-3 years ideally) in skincare, spa therapy or beauty treatment environment.
