Training Consultants

Location: Tala Road, Runda, Nairobi

Job Type: Part-time

We are seeking to engage qualified consultants to facilitate a capacity-building program to strengthen regulatory competencies in the electricity sector. Consultants may apply for one or more of the following thematic focus area

Scope:

Facilitate training on CAPEX/OPEX review, cost validation, prudency assessments, tariff inputs, and cost drivers in electricity regulation.

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Economics, Energy Economics, Finance, or related

field (preferred)

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline
• Minimum  7–10  years’  experience  in  tariff  regulation  or  utility  financial analysis
• Experience in cost-of-service analysis and tariff modelling
• Strong analytical and training skills
