Youth Leadership & Engagement Consultant Job IRES

• The Youth Leadership and Engagement Consultant will support initiatives that strengthen youth participation and leadership in efforts to prevent gender-based violence and harmful practices.
• The consultant will focus on building the capacity of youth-led organizations, promoting youth engagement in advocacy and policy dialogue, and fostering collaboration between youth and women-led movements.
• The role also includes supporting youth-driven advocacy, community mobilization, and knowledge-sharing initiatives that contribute to sustainable social change.

Required Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Youth Development, Development Studies, Social Sciences, Public Policy, or related field.
• Minimum 8–10 years of experience in youth empowerment, civic engagement, or youth-led development initiatives.
• Demonstrated experience working with youth networks, civil society organizations, and advocacy platforms.
• Strong understanding of youth participation frameworks and leadership development.
