Gameday Enterprise Limited is seeking an experienced and results-driven Operations Manager to lead and oversee our day-to-day operations in Kenya. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage daily operational activities to ensure efficiency, compliance, and performance.
• Lead, supervise, and develop operational teams to achieve operational targets and service standards.
• Monitor operational performance and implement improvements to optimize productivity and customer experience.
• Ensure operations comply with industry regulations and company policies.
• Analyze operational data and market trends to support strategic decision-making.
• Collaborate with senior management to support business growth and expansion initiatives.
• Establish and maintain operational processes that support scalability and efficiency.

Key Requirements

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in the gambling/betting industry in Kenya.
• Proven experience managing operations and/or teams.
• Strong understanding of the Kenyan betting market landscape and regulatory environment.
• Demonstrated ability to drive operational excellence and business performance.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills.
