Key Responsibilities:

• Acting as a first point of contact for callers, dealing with emails and phone calls by responding, passing on messages, or highlighting them for their MD’s attention.
• Managing diaries and organising meetings and appointments, controlling access to the MD.
• Booking and arranging travel, transport, and accommodation.
• Organising events and conferences.
• Reminding the MD of important tasks and deadlines.
• Typing, compiling, and preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence.
• Managing databases and filing systems.
• Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems.
• Liaising with staff, suppliers, and clients.
• Collating and filing expenses.
• Managing social media pages for the MD.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Business Administration or related field.
•  Minimum 2–4 years of experience as a Personal Assistant.
• Strong administrative and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Social media management experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
