Role Summary

Design and implement integrated data systems and platforms that enable efficient data collection, harmonization, storage, and access for decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop data pipelines for multi-source data ingestion and processing.
• Design and implement data harmonization and standardization protocols.
• Build and maintain centralized data platforms and interfaces.
• Ensure data quality, integrity, and security.
• Develop APIs and system integration mechanisms.
• Produce technical documentation and user manuals.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in data systems development.
• Strong skills in database management (SQL/NoSQL).
• Experience in system integration and platform development.
• Proficiency in programming (Python, JavaScript, or similar).
