Process Documentation & Business Analysis Specialist Job IRES

Role Summary:

We are seeking a Process Documentation & Business Analysis Specialist to support the development of structured QMS documentation and process optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct process mapping and workflow analysis.
• Develop SOPs, manuals, and operational guidelines.
• Identify process gaps and recommend improvements.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 6 years experience in process mapping and documentation.
• Experience in healthcare or regulated environments preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Analysis, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Certification in Business Analysis (CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent) – Preferred.
• Training in process mapping tools (e.g., BPMN, Visio) – Required.
• Lean Six Sigma Certification – Added advantage.
