Senior Quality Systems Advisor Job IRES

Role Summary:

We are seeking a Senior Quality Systems Advisor to provide strategic leadership and technical oversight for the design, development, and implementation of the QMS framework.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead QMS strategy, implementation, and certification process.
• Coordinate stakeholders and manage project delivery.
• Ensure alignment with ISO 9001:2015 standards.
• Supervise technical team and quality assurance processes.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 15 years of professional experience.
• Experience in UN, NGO, or multilateral environments.
• Proven leadership in large-scale QMS implementation.
• ISO 9001 Lead Auditor Certification (IRCA/CQI or equivalent) – Mandatory.
• Master’s degree in Quality Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
• Project Management Certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) – Strong advantage.
• Membership in relevant professional bodies (Preferred).
