Consultant – CCTV Control Room Operations Job IRES

We seek to engage a qualified Consultant in CCTV Control Room Operations to support delivery of professional training and consultancy assignments in surveillance, security operations, and control room management. The Consultant will facilitate training, conduct operational assessments, develop SOPs, and provide technical advisory services aimed at strengthening CCTV monitoring, incident response, and control room efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

The Consultant will:

• Deliver professional training on CCTV Control Room Operations.
• Facilitate sessions on surveillance monitoring, incident response, access control, alarm systems, reporting, and emergency coordination.
• Conduct practical demonstrations and scenario-based exercises.
• Assess existing CCTV and control room operations and recommend improvements.
• Develop SOPs, operational tools, and reporting templates.
• Prepare consultancy and training reports with actionable recommendations.

Deliverables:

The Consultant shall provide:

• Training materials and facilitation guides.
• CCTV Control Room SOPs and operational templates.
• Training delivery and participant assessments.
• Consultancy findings and final reports

Qualifications

The ideal Consultant should possess:

• Master’s degree in Security Management, Criminology, Information Technology, Engineering, Security Studies, Law Enforcement, or a related field. PhD qualification will be an added advantage.
• Professional certification in CCTV Operations, Surveillance Systems, Security Operations Center (SOC) Management, or related fields is desirable.
• Minimum of 5 years’ practical experience in CCTV surveillance, control room operations, or security systems management.
• Demonstrated experience in consultancy and professional training delivery.
• Strong knowledge of CCTV systems, incident management, security operations, reporting procedures, and control room best practices.
