Company Overview

A leading Professional Cleaning Services company, part of a diversified business group, is seeking to recruit a Head of Operations for its Westlands office. The ideal candidate should possess 6–10 years of relevant experience, including at least 3 years of hands-on experience in supervising and managing multiple cleaning sites and operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct site surveys and assess work scope and operational requirements
• Estimate material consumption and labour requirements
• Coordinate with the back-office team for quotation preparation
• Prepare and submit commercial proposals
• Plan workforce allocation and operational execution
• Oversee end-to-end project execution and ensure successful completion
• Manage costing, budgeting, and operational calculations
• Ensure quality standards and service delivery across sites
• Monitor cleaning processes, materials usage, and operational efficiency
• Lead operational teams and maintain smooth workflow execution

  Qualifications

• A Minimum 6–10 years of industry experience
• A minimum 3 years in multi-site supervision and operations management
• Hands-on operational expertise in professional cleaning services is mandatory
• Strong knowledge of professional cleaning chemicals, materials, equipment, and cleaning methodologies
• Experience in handling multiple cleaning sites simultaneously
• Ability to estimate manpower and material requirements accurately
• Commercial understanding including quotations, costing, and proposal submissions
• Strong coordination and operational management capabilities
• Willingness to work additional hours when operational requirements demand
