Indigo Cleaning & Restoration Company, a professionally managed cleaning and restoration services company and part of an international business group, is looking to recruit experienced and result-oriented Telemarketing Executives for our Nairobi office.

Key Responsibilities

• Make a minimum of 60-75 outbound calls per day to prospective corporate and residential clients.
• Promote the company’s cleaning, restoration, sanitization, and related services.
• Generate qualified leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-up activities.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective customers.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly telemarketing targets.
• Update CRM and reporting systems with call outcomes and customer feedback.

  Qualifications

• Minimum 3 to 5 years of telemarketing, telesales, or customer acquisition experience with reputable organizations.
• Excellent verbal communication and persuasion skills.
• Strong proficiency in the English language (spoken and written) is mandatory.
• Good computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems will be an added advantage.
• Candidates who are willing and capable of consistently achieving the required daily call targets are encouraged to apply.
• Ability to handle objections and convert prospects into qualified opportunities.
• Ability to confidently engage with corporate decision-makers and residential customers.
• Target-driven, self-motivated, and capable of working under pressure.
