Position Summary

Lead market research, demand forecasting, competitor analysis, and hospitality assessments to determine market opportunities and commercial viability.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct market and demand assessments.
• Undertake competitor benchmarking and customer segmentation.
• Analyze pricing, occupancy, and market trends.
• Prepare demand forecasts and market positioning strategies.
• Contribute to the overall feasibility study.

Minimum Academic Qualification

• PhD in Real Estate and Property Management, Economics, Hospitality Management, Statistics, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• Master’s Degree in a relevant discipline.

Professional Qualifications

• CMRA, CFSP, MRS Membership or equivalent.

Minimum Experience

• Minimum 12 years of experience in real estate and hospitality market research, demand forecasting, and feasibility studies.
