Assistant Student Counsellor (2 Positions), Current University Jobs In Kenya,
MKsU/ASC/ 07/23 (2 Positions)
Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide counseling services to University Students.
- Organize the students’ orientation exercise to familiarize them with counseling services at the University.
- Keep an accurate record of counseling sessions with the students.
- Coordinate peer counseling activities.
- Supervise staff under them.
Requirements:
- Must have an earned A Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology, Education Psychology or Sociology and Social works or equivalent.
OR
- Must have an earned Bachelor’s degree in Counseling Psychology, Education Psychology , Sociology and Social works or equivalent.
- Six (6) years of working experience three (3) of which in student counseling.
- Registered with relevant professional body.
- Must be Computer literate.

- Contact three (3) referees and request them to send their recommendations, under sealed envelopes to the provided address, before the advert deadline.
