The candidate should be customer-obsessed, proactive and solution-oriented.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Handle Customer engagements via various platforms
  • Provide accurate and timely information while ensuring exceptional customer service.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve Customer issues, aiming for first-time resolution.
  • Collaborate with other internal departments to ensure Customer satisfaction.

Minimum Requirements and Competencies

  • At least 2 years’ experience working in a busy Customer-centric position.
  • Degree in business administration or related field.
  • Tech-Savvy, well conversant with Microsoft Office, excel and Power Point and capable of quickly learning new software applications.
  • Customer-obsession in terms of being empathetic, proactive, problem-solving.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
