We are looking for a digital marketing executive. The ideal candidate should be a team player and able to work independently. He/she will play a critical role in SEO, Google Ads, backlinking, content creation and handling all the social media accounts including Google My Business, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter and YouTube. Supporting the company’s outreach using these channels.

You will also actively provide leads, seek out and engage customer prospects, provide complete and appropriate solutions for potential customers to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels and profitability.

  • Apply your distinctive level of subject matter expertise to shape Kaluari’s level agenda on digital marketing and growth by developing specific marketing strategies that accelerate customer acquisition.
  • Developing, implementing, and managing the company’s digital and social media strategy in order to multiply growth and increase Kaluari’s online presence, improve our corporate image and engage proactively with our online audiences including the company’s website.
  • Present, promote and sell Kaluari solutions and services using proven online marketing techniques to existing and prospective customers.
  • Create at least 3 new backlinks per day.
  • Create at least 4 new articles per month (minimum 500 words) for the company’s websites.
  • Weekly reporting (with evidence using digital marketing tools) of progress of marketing campaigns including SEO campaign progress updates, progressive ranking updates on Google, backlinks created, website traffic, leads generated, content created, etc.
  • Send appropriate holiday messages to clients and prospects during all holidays.
  • Developing an evaluation method to assess program strengths and identify areas for improvement.
  • Optimize existing content on our Kaluari’s company websites.
  • Measure the success of every digital marketing campaign and provide regular analytics reports. Communicate and coordinate digital marketing effort and plans with other team members where necessary to ensure smooth delivery of services.
  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status. 
  • Contribute to the strategies and solutions for marketing technology. 
  • Develop new approaches and techniques for marketing in addition to building on existing ones.
  • Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships. • Any other work as assigned
  • Knowledge of the different digital media platforms and their unique features. Knowledge of SEO, SEM, Programmatic Ad-buying, UX, A/B testing, traffic generation (search marketing, display, programmatic, etc.), email marketing, CRO, Mobile Business, Mobile and Digital Analytics. 
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Console, Keyword Research etc. 
  • Proven track record of digital marketing success – brand awareness and conversions. Digital marketing experience in service-related industries will be an added advantage. 
  • Knowledge of analytics tools and how to use data for performance management. 
  • Social media marketing knowledge – Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc. 
  • Familiar with social media management including planning and managing content in a corporate or agency setting. Must be able to demonstrate with specific and clear references and examples of work done and accomplishments in this area. 
  • Familiarity with designing YouTube videos and online ads for different platforms using images, e.g. using Canva or similar tools. 
  • Familiarity with using first and third-party data for segmentation, audience creation, targeting, and personalization. 
  • Strategy oriented, with deep expertise in business and wide knowledge in enterprise management and superior level of problem solving. 
  • Experienced in Microsoft Office and a high level of IT understanding. 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. 
  • Self-motivated, with the ability to work in a fast-moving and fluid environment. 
  • Excellent in time management organizational skills. 
  • High level of integrity. 
  • Ability to handle stress well in times of heavy workload and critical business scenarios. 
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and communicate with a wide range of non-technical and low technology literacy stakeholders and customers using digital media. 
  • Ability to multitask and adapt to changes quickly. 
  • Positive attitude and desire to work in a rapid-growth professional environment
