Salary: KES 30000 plus Commissions

Our client, a real estate company specializing in the sale of residential and commercial plots in prime locations across Nakuru, Rumuruti, and Maralal is seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join their team. The Sales Representative will be responsible for promoting and selling our properties in Nakuru, Rumuruti, and Maralal to prospective buyers. The ideal candidate will have experience in real estate sales, a strong understanding of the local market, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell residential and commercial plots located in Nakuru, Rumuruti, and Maralal to prospective buyers.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, real estate agents, and other stakeholders to generate leads and referrals.
• Conduct property tours and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of our properties.
• Assist clients with the purchasing process, including negotiating terms and facilitating the completion of sales transactions.
• Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and developments in the real estate industry.
• Provide regular updates to management on sales activities, pipeline status, and market feedback.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns to attract potential buyers.
• Attend networking events, trade shows, and community activities to promote our properties and expand our customer base.

Qualifications:

• Diploma in Marketing or a related field
• Valid Driving license will be an added advantage
• Digital marketing experience
• At least 2 years in real estate sales preferably selling land
