Key Responsibilities

  • Relationship management for allocated accounts
  • Day-to-day management of allocated accounts – member updates, cards issuance and
  • resolution of queries
  • Premium debiting
  • Policy documents/contracts issuance
  • Issuance of scheme management/utilization reports
  • Renewal invitation and renewal
  • Member education and service meetings
  • Supervision of underwriting analysts

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in insurance or business-related course.
  • Progression in CII / IIK qualifications.
  • Other related certifications will be an added advantage.

Experience

  • At least 4 years’ experience in a similar role
