Key Responsibilities
- Relationship management for allocated accounts
- Day-to-day management of allocated accounts – member updates, cards issuance and
- resolution of queries
- Premium debiting
- Policy documents/contracts issuance
- Issuance of scheme management/utilization reports
- Renewal invitation and renewal
- Member education and service meetings
- Supervision of underwriting analysts
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in insurance or business-related course.
- Progression in CII / IIK qualifications.
- Other related certifications will be an added advantage.
Experience
- At least 4 years’ experience in a similar role

- Fast learner & Adaptability
- Ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Good analytical and report preparation skills
- Teamwork and relationship management
- Self-motivation.
- Flexibility.
- Good time management.
- Good skills on use of MS Office and other office applications
