KRA is seeking a result-oriented, self-driven individual of high integrity to fill the position of\u00a0<strong>Supervisor \u2013 Quality Management Systems \u2013 Audits,\u00a0<\/strong>which is domiciled at\u00a0<strong>Strategy Innovation &amp; Risk Management<\/strong><strong>\u00a0Department.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u00a0<strong>Purpose of the job<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Oversee activities related to QMS Internal Audits to ensure that nonconformities are conclusively closed.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #06699c;\"><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Coordinate QMS Surveillance and Verification Audits.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Assist in preparing for the QMS Management Review Meetings by compiling reports and making logistical arrangements.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Ensure all QMS Audit documents prepared by other departments are aligned to QMS<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Assist QMS Departmental and Regional Representatives in organizing and conducting QMS pre-audits.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Participate in the training of ISO Champions\/ QMS Internal Auditors.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Conduct QMS internal audits.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Management of Performance, Audit and Integrity programmes<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #06699c;\">Qualifications<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Academic qualification<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">A Bachelor\u2019s degree in a relevant field of business from recognized University.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Professional Qualifications<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Quality Management Systems Internal Auditor.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Registration with International Register for certified Auditors (IRCA) will be an added advantage.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><strong>Work Experience:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">At least 3 years\u2019 experience in a similar role.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Experience in conducting QMS audits for a multisite organization<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: #06699c;\"><strong>Key Competencies:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Strong analytical, diagnostic, decision making and problem solving skills<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Attention to details and ability to work under minimum supervision.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Proactivity and strong interpersonal skills<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Good communication and presentation skills<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: #06699c;\"><strong>How To Apply<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #06699c;\"><a style=\"color: #06699c;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.kra.go.ke\/careers\/2056-supervisor-%E2%80%93-quality-management-systems\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Click Here To Apply<\/strong><\/a><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Closing Date : 29\/10\/2023<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Supervisor Quality Management Systems Job, Current Accounting Jobs In Kenya, The Kenya Revenue Authority (KRA) is the principal revenue collector for the Government of Kenya with the primary goal to deliver Kenya to financial self-sufficiency through effective tax revenue mobilization.
