Training Officer Job Responsibilities 

  • Will report to Human Resource Manager
  • Manage the Training Centre profitability.
  • In charge of driving school’s growth and profitability.
  • Preparation and management of Training Centre budget.
  • Development and implementation of the company’s training and development programs. Ensure training center compliance.
  • Manage school certificates.
  • Keep and maintain Training Centre’s records.
  • In charge of training school tools and vehicles.

Qualifications for the Training Officer Job

  • Bachelor of Arts in Education or related field.
  • Diploma in Business Management will be an added advantage.
  • Specialized Training/Professional Qualifications.
  • Trainer of Trainees (TOT) is a plus.
  • At least three (3) years relevant work experience in a similar position.
