Brief Description

Consistently deliver quality service to guests in a safe and secure cabin environment that guarantees guest comfort and satisfaction, while providing assistance to the flight purser on board and leadership in economy class.

Assistant Flight Purser Job Responsibilities

• Deliver onboard quality customer service according to company set standards to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty and make recommendations where necessary for efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate proper utilization of company property to guard against wastage, misuse and damage, while ensuring that all flight documentation is handled correctly.
• Implement safety and security standards to ensure compliance to regulatory requirements and company standards on every flight.
• Carry out FA performance appraisals while offering constructive feedback to motivate and improve performance.
• Carry out duty free sales to maximise profits on board 6. Manage crew and cabin appearance standards to ensure compliance with company set standards

Requirements for the Assistant Flight Purser Job

• English language proficiency.
• Leadership and communication training
• At least 1 year experience as a flight attendant.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Computer proficiency.
• Experience in customer service environment desirable.
• Good knowledge of regulatory requirements, industry and company policies, procedures and standards.
• Organizational, planning and analytical skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent leadership and Supervisory skills
• Able to work towards achieving targets without supervision
