Provide support and leadership to cabin crew to ensure safe, secure cabin operations that guarantees consistent and passionate service delivery.

Inflight Performance Manager Job Responsibilities

  • Manage implementation of safety and security standards and procedures that comply with company vision and mission
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and conformity to company safety, security & quality standards and procedures
  • Conduct regular onboard audits/inspections to ensure compliance and continuous improvement of safety and security standards while enhancing guest experience
  • Ensure proper utilization of inflight utilities to guard against misuse, wastage and damage
  • Develop, monitor and review an inflight product and service delivery standard that guarantees customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Prepare, analyse and monitor crew data to optimize productivity
  • Develop cabin crew grooming standards and ensure conformance to company set standards8Ensure crew motivation, efficiency and well-being
  • Undertake corrective and preventive actions identified during quality and safety audits, investigations or other internal reporting mechanisms within the agreed time-frame
  • Accomplish routine monitoring of safety, security and quality controls activities to ensure on-going conformity with all regulatory requirements, organizational standards and local procedures.

Requirements for the Inflight Performance Manager Job

  • Organization and planning skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Computer proficiency
  • Analytical skills
  • At least 2 years experience as a cabin manager or other managerial skills and experience in relevant field
  • English language proficiency
