Duties for the Grounds Maintenance Officer Job

• Clean and maintain University grounds on a day to day basis to ensure a clean and safe environment is provided to both staff and students;
• Clear garbage collection in the institution to ensure University grounds clean and safe in line with the required standards;
• Ensure flowers are watered, trimmed, weeded to achieve a tidy environment in the University;
• Clean the lecture rooms, washrooms and machines in workshops on a day to day basis to ensure hygiene standards are maintained in the institution.

Grounds Maintenance Officer Job Requirements

• At least KCSE level of Education or its equivalent.
• Ability to communicate in both English & Kiswahili.
