Sales Manager Job at Vipingo Ridge

Vipingo Ridge is a luxurious residential golf development set within a 2,500 acre estate located on the Kenyan Coast 36 km north of Mombasa.

Vipingo Ridge was selected as Kenya’s top golf course by the World’s Top 100 magazine in 2015 and is a past recipient of the African Property Awards in the category Best Golf Development Kenya. We’re looking for a sales manager to lead our growing team.

If you’re the sales manager for Vipingo Ridge, you’d be described as self-assured, positive, and enterprising. You’ll have good inter-personal, leadership, and coaching skills. You’ll lead your team by example and be confident selling in person and on the phone.

Responsibilities for the Sales Manager Job

• Sales of our luxury villas and plots
• Managing performance of sales team
• Coaching and leading the sales team
• Executing the sales strategy with your team

You will report directly to the General Manager. We offer an attractive compensation package. You must have worked in a sales manager role previously for at least 5 years preferably in mid- high end real estate.

Real estate experience counts, but most of all you’ve got to have passion, responsibility and pride in what you do.
