Head Of Production Job at Torrent East Africa

We are a plastic closures manufacturing company based in Industrial Area, Nairobi and we are seeking to recruit highly qualified and experienced applicants in the following position;

Head Of Production Job Responsibilities

• Oversee the production process.
• Ensure production is cost effective.
• Establish and implement workflow policies that enhance efficiency.
• Monitor production process and adjust schedules as needed.
• Monitor product standards.
• Identify training needs.
• Organize and schedule shifts.
• Supervise, motivate, support and guide employees.
• Ensuring that machines are well handled.
• Preparation of monthly reports.

Requirements for the Head Of Production Job

• A BSc in Mechanical/chemical/plant engineering or any other related field.
• A minimum of 5 years with similar roles in a manufacturing set up.
• Previous experience with SAP will be an added advantage.
