Our client a leading Tour & Travel company operating in Tanzania is currently seeking to fill the role of a Tour Consultant.

S/He should have exceptional communication and good expérience in selling destination Tanzania.

Duties for the Tour & Travel Consultant Job

• Responding to the client emails and enquiries.
• Handling flight bookings on behalf of staff and clients, hotel bookings, conference & events.
• Booking accommodation and other services as per the client request.
• Ensuring that all the hotels payment and reservation policies are respected by both the hotel and the company.
• Ensuring contract rates with the hotels and other service providers are up to date and are followed up to the letter.

Tour & Travel Consultant Job Requirements

• Bachelor in tour & travel from a recognized institution.
• 5 years’ experience in the tour & travel industry.
• Willing to work in Tanzania
• Personable, presentable and articulate.
