Our client a well-established commercial provider of PayGo products & Services in Kenya is currently seeking to fill a role of a National Operations Manager for their facility in Nairobi.

The candidate will be responsible for managing the sales agents and sales management teams from Nairobi’s head office.

S/He should demonstrate strong analytical skills to understand field progress trends, be is ambitious, disciplined, organized, and driven

National Operations Manager Jobs Responsibilities

• Manage, analyze and organize all reporting and communication trackers to generate big picture reports that identify strengths and weaknesses and inform strategic decision making
• Work closely with the Call Center Manager, the Logistics/Service Center Manager, and the National Sales Manager to achieve company goal
• In charge of budget preparation and forecast
• Liaise with sales agent managers and sales agents to support on increasing sales, reducing default rates, and managing risk of customers tampering with company’s assets.
• Improve processes and policies in support of organizations mission, specifically, support better management reporting, information flow and management, business process and organizational planning
• Regular meetings with Deputy Managing Director, Managing Director, and 3rd Party Consultants around fiscal planning.
• Assist in mapping and studying markets

Qualifications for the National Operations Manager Jobs

• Degree in Banking & Finance, Business Management, Operations Management/ any other business related field
• At least 7 years Operations Management experience in a microfinance, banking, sacco/ chamaa environment
  Demonstrated leadership and vision in managing staff groups and major projects or initiatives especially in remote areas
• Ability to challenge and debate issues of importance to the organization
• A demonstrated commitment to high professional ethical standards and a diverse workplace
• MS office proficient
