We are a plastic closures manufacturing company based in Industrial Area, Nairobi and we are seeking to recruit highly qualified and experienced applicants in the following position;

Mold Maintenance Technician Job Responsibilities

• Inspect the interior surface of the molds.
• Position the molds for work
• Reassemble molds after repairing
• Establish a preventative maintenance program for all molds to ensure on-going quality and accuracy of molded products.
• Take care of the raw materials and avoid any contamination, losses and ensure the tallying of the issued raw materials against the end products.
• Conduct routine check and preventive maintenance in coordination with the maintenance team.
• Ensure and observe occupational safety for self, machines, colleagues, premise and the environment.
• Ensure stocks of needed materials are ready and available at all times.

Requirements for the Mold Maintenance Technician Job

• A certificate in Electrical engineering/ mechatronic engineering/ electronics/mechanical plant engineering/chemical engineering or any other related field.
• A minimum of 5 years with similar roles in a manufacturing set up.
• Previous experience of mold maintenance will be an added advantage.
