Registry Assistant Job at Waumini Sacco
We are a fast growing national Cooperative with over 22,000 members and the head office in Westlands, Nairobi and a branch network. We intend to fill the position(s) below on a 2 year renewable contract.
Registry Assistant Job Responsibilities
- Opening files for new members
- Filing and retrieval of files on request.
- Mailing and postage.
- Retrieval and archiving of closed files
- Preparing periodical reports.
- Preparing files for Loans Approval Committee.
- Scanning and photocopying of documents.
- Any other duty as may be delegated by the supervisor
Qualifications for the Registry Assistant Job
- Minimum KCSE C+
- Diploma in Archive and Records Management/Information Management.
- Degree in Records Management/Information Management
will have an added advantage. - At least 2 years’ experience in archive and records management
- Knowledge in computerized accounting systems.
- Certificate of good conduct
- Good analytical, communication, organizational and interpersonal skills
- High degree of integrity.
