Registry Assistant Job at Waumini Sacco

We are a fast growing national Cooperative with over 22,000 members and the head office in Westlands, Nairobi and a branch network. We intend to fill the position(s) below on a 2 year renewable contract.

Registry Assistant Job Responsibilities

  • Opening files for new members
  • Filing and retrieval of files on request.
  • Mailing and postage.
  • Retrieval and archiving of closed files
  • Preparing periodical reports.
  • Preparing files for Loans Approval Committee.
  • Scanning and photocopying of documents.
  • Any other duty as may be delegated by the supervisor

Qualifications for the Registry Assistant Job

  • Minimum KCSE C+
  • Diploma in Archive and Records Management/Information Management.
  • Degree in Records Management/Information Management
    will have an added advantage.
  • At least 2 years’ experience in archive and records management
  • Knowledge in computerized accounting systems.
  • Certificate of good conduct
  • Good analytical, communication, organizational and interpersonal skills
  • High degree of integrity.
