Our Client in the tracking industry is urgently seeking to recruit operations regional manager to join their dedicated team in Mombasa.

Regional Operations Manager Job Responsibilities

• Decisive and able to collaborate effectively with a team to develop strategies
• Monitors and follows up on region operating issues and activities.
• Experience in working closely with Store Planning, merchandising, Finance, MIS, Loss Prevention, Consumer management and Training.
• Communicates and collaborates with key internal and external stakeholders regarding sales operations and execution Executes approved tactics and initiatives addressing regional business.
• Demonstrate excellent written and oral communication skills – able to provide compelling and effective communication across all levels of the organization
• The ability to direct a team well through change management
• Good project management skills
• Strong business acumen, highly analytical, able to present and promote ideas
• Experience in logistical planning, development of processes and policies
• Proven to be a strategic thinker and focused on the end results
• High Proficiency: in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Challenges employees, including building effective teams, developing organizational capacity and providing staff with coaching and developmental opportunities.

Qualifications for the Regional Operations Manager Job

• A proven track record of strong performance in driving performance and key field operations metrics, coupled with successful and consistent organizational development history.
• Revenue and profit making orientation.
• Proven background and experience associated with associate relations, asset protection, and legal compliance.
• Outstanding leadership skills. Inspiring interpersonal effectiveness to lead team, train talent and effect change.
• Track record of building talent. Able to balance the need of delivering a creative experience, and a profitable result.
• Bachelor’s degree required with 3-5years experience.
