Reporting To: Sales Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage the water treatment and bottling and service processes
• Correct image and representation of Pure Water Shop in a dignified form towards customers
• Achieve Targets for Pure Water Shop Business
• Contribution to the optimal economic success of Pure Water Shop with rational use of operating resources
• Daily Management of sales targets
• Practical implementation of sales targets
• Customer oriented approach to acquire and retain satisfied customers
• Ensure Business Revenue Streams are well set-up with the optimum resources, structures and control
• To achieve the planned operational profit margins
• Ensure timely and accurate followups, communication, reporting and filing
• Manage expenditure accounting, and audit accordingly
• Ensure best practice in management, full accountability and transparency
• Compliance with business reporting requirements.
• As a senior manager support management objectives and day-to-day operations
• Efficient and friendly support to other staff

Qualifications

• Age 20-35 years of age.
• At least 2 year’s bottled water operations experience
• At least 1 year experience in running a production operation or a revenue yielding department or section successfully
• Willing to work for a growing company
• Comply with all organizational policies.
• Comply with all systems and procedures as laid down by the our client Water Solutions.
• The management reserves the right to change/extend this statement if necessary at any point of time during her/his employment.
• The holder of this statement can be asked to take on other tasks in addition of the ones stated, in a reasonable framework.
