Job Summary

Our client an international BPO is looking to employ qualified and experienced call centre sales agents and due to the nature of clientele they are handling, neutral accent -American or British is Key. Kenyans with such a talent are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

  • Recent consultative Sales Experience with proven success
  • Experience in closing Sales
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Excellent attention to detail and Accuracy of data
  • Pleasant, Professional telephone and e-mail manners, ability to effectively communicate with people at all Levels in and out of the organization
  • Outgoing and motivated personality with strong time management skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities
  • Basic Word processing and Spreadsheet skills
  • Maintains Call centre database by entering information
  • Keeps equipment operational by following established procedures, reporting malfunctions.
  • Graduates/ Diploma holders with 1-2 years’ experience in a busy call centre or telesales
